Our lunch-to-lunch planning includes multiple meetings on both Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. Dinner in the evening with all Partners, with a pre-dinner drink on our terrace overlooking Oslo and the fjord. 🇳🇴

Steinar’s entire Senior Management Group will be present, and available both days. Setting the stage for multiple meetings with those present. CEO, COO, CFO, all country managers and some divisional leaders. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and engage in the meetings you request, meeting as many as possible.

Understanding and aligning goals is crucial for our joint development in the market. The goal for Atea and Partners - make this a highly memorable event. It will further define and tighten our culture, the cornerstone of Atea.

Accommodations

Partners will book their own accommodation. For convenience, we have reserved 30 rooms at the Quality Hotel Hasle Linie, a very nice hotel just 50 meters from our office. You can send an email to: q.haslelinie@choice.no with the code 1157GR003572 to book a room.

Dress code

Business casual. It is summer and we will be outside both prior to and after dinner.

Where & how to get there

Meetings, welcome reception and dinner will be held at Atea’s headquarters in Oslo, Karvesvingen 5, within Oslo city center.

All international flights land at Oslo Airport “OSL”. It is 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to our office. Atea is just 2 km’s from the very center of Oslo. A high-speed Airport train takes 19 minutes to the center of Oslo, Central Station.
