Atea's policy is to distribute approximately 70-100 percent of net profit (after tax) to shareholders in the form of a dividend.
On February 5th, 2025, the Board of Atea ASA resolved to propose a dividend of NOK 7.00 per share at the next Annual General Meeting to be held on April 29th, 2025. The dividend will be split into two equal payments of NOK 3.50, which will take place in May and November 2025.
In 2024 Atea paid a dividend of NOK 7.00 per share representing a payout of over 97% of net profit (after tax) in 2023. This was based on the number of shares outstanding on the AGM date.
