Over two days, we’ll engage in one-on-one meetings, thought-provoking sessions, and collaborative dialogues, shaping the future of our partnerships.
The event kicks off with individual meetings on Wednesday, followed by a welcome reception and an exclusive dinner with a scenic view of Oslo and the fjord. On Thursday, we continue with strategic discussions, working lunches, and final meetings, ensuring all key topics are addressed.
Atea’s Senior Management Group—including our CEO, COO, CFO, country managers, and divisional leaders—will be present, offering a unique opportunity to align our goals, strengthen partnerships, and plan for the future.

Where & how to get there
Meetings, welcome reception and dinner will be held at Atea’s headquarters in Oslo, Karvesvingen 5, within Oslo city center.
All international flights land at Oslo Airport “OSL”. It is 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to our office. Atea is just 2 km’s from the very center of Oslo. A high-speed Airport train takes 19 minutes to the center of Oslo, Central Station.
